Program Completion Requirements

How long does this program take to complete?

Typical completion time is 15-20 minutes.

Do I have to complete the program in one sitting?

We recommend that you try to complete the program in one sitting, but you can also take breaks and return to (roughly) where you left off in the program. If you take a break, we recommend that you wait until you have completed one of the sections.

Note: Before you log out of the course, be sure to click the "Next" button at the end of a section. If you fail to do this, the system will not record your progress and you will have to repeat that section when you log back in the next time.

How will I know when I am done with the program?

Alcohol Innerview is considered “complete” when you have finished each section, reviewed your personalized feedback report and completed the final survey. You will also be able to print or email a completion certificate.

How can I show my administrator that I completed the program?

You can verify completion by logging back into the program to print or email a completion certificate. You may also choose to send your personalized feedback report to your administrator as proof of program completion.

Are my answers to questions confidential?

Your answers are strictly confidential. Any responses you provide to survey questions will be grouped together with other student's answers, and no one will ever connect you with your responses.

If you have other questions, please refer to our Privacy Policy at the bottom of the main navigation screen.

NOTE: Your administrator may ask to review your personalized feedback report, but no information will be sent automatically.

How do I print a copy of my feedback report?

At the end of the program you will obtain your personalized feedback report. You will be able to print or email your report at this time. You may also log back into the program at any time to review or print your personalized feedback report.

How can I retake the program?

You can retake the program as many times as you need to, but you will need to create a unique username (a different email address) during the registration process.

How do I navigate through the program?

You may navigate through the course by using the "Next" or action buttons at the bottom of each screen.

Check your browser’s security settings. If they are set too high, you may have trouble with this feature.

What happens if I lose my password?

We encourage you to write down your password or email it to yourself so that you won't forget it.

You can also use the "Lost Password?" feature on the Login page to retrieve your password or you can contact our student technical support center. Email us at services@outsidetheclassroom.com.

You can change your username or password in Innerview by emailing services@outsidetheclassroom.com. In the email, please let us know you need your Alcohol Innerview Login and Password and include your name and your university.
